Choose from 30 to 60 minute sessions or allow our licensed massage therapist to customize a treatment plan for you!

Deep Tissue Massage. This involves firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle ($115 for 60 minutes, $60 for 30 minutes)

Medical Massage. This is a good therapeutic massage if you have pain in the following areas: back, hip, shoulder, knee, hand, sciatica. If unsure, our licensed massage therapist can do a customized treatment plan for you ($99, 60 minutes)

Swedish Massage.  It promotes relaxation of tensed muscles ($105 for 60 minutes, $55 for 30 minutes)

Pregnancy Massage. This pre-natal massage helps with pregnancy-related strains ($105 for 60 minutes, $55 for 30 minutes)

Lomi Lomi Massage. Lomilomi helps promote relaxation, improve circulation and relieve muscle pain ($115 for 60 minutes, $60 for 30 minutes)

Sports Massage.  It involves manipulation of the muscle in order to prevent or improve sports injuries ($99, 50 minutes).

Combination Therapeutic Massage. This involves deep tissue, swedish, lomi lomi and sports massage treatments ($130, 60 minutes).
